  1. The mobile device must be equipped with NFC technology (Near field communication “short-range contact communication” – a technology of short-range wireless data transmission and an operating system not lower than Android 4.4.
  2. Only a valid Visa card issued by CB Eurasian Investment Bank LLC can be connected to the Google Pay service.
  3. One of the reasons for the failure to register a card on a mobile device may be a hacked operating system (for Android, Root rights are present)

 

  1. A prerequisite for creating a Card Token is that the Bank has up-to-date information on the registered number of your mobile phone, to which the Bank sends a one-time password.
  2. The service is provided to customers who subscribe to the SMS-banking service.

The SMS Banking service is designed to enhance the security and ease of use of banking products.

When registering your bank card on a mobile device, the Card Token is formed, which is its digital representation and is stored in encrypted form in the secure storage of the mobile device.

To safely use a mobile device with a registered card, you must observe the following security rules:

  1. Do not leave your mobile device unattended.
  2. Do not transfer the mobile device to third parties.
  3. Provide an appropriate level of security on the mobile device using antivirus software (if available for this type of mobile device), authentication tools built into the mobile device and offered by the Provider.
  4. Make sure that no other person’s authentication (identification) means is registered on the mobile device.
  5. Do not disclose to third parties their own means of authentication on a mobile device, which are confidential information.
  6. Delete all personal data, financial information and Tokens from a mobile device, the use of which is discontinued, or, if necessary, transfer the device to the organization that carries out repairs.
  7. Contact the Bank / Processing Center immediately, in case of suspicion of any unauthorized use of a mobile device or Token placed in the Payment application, as well as in case of loss of a mobile device.
  8. Do not block any security features provided on mobile devices in order to protect the Token Card.
  9. Do not expose the mobile device to cracking the operating system.
  10. Do not use the Google Pay payment application when connecting to wireless public networks.

 

As a document confirming the purchase, you can use a receipt from the trade and service company or application, so you need to save it.

If you lose a mobile device with the Android operating system that hosts Map Tokens, you can block Tokens at any time by calling the Bank or the Processing Center, as well as using the Android Remote Management service to determine the location of the mobile device and then remotely change password, lock the device and remove all personal information from it.

If it is necessary to block the Card in case of its loss or unauthorized use, you must inform the Bank employee about the presence of issued Tokens. Upon blocking of the Card, all Tokens for this Card are blocked on all mobile devices, in order to prevent the commission of illegal operations.

You can initiate the release of a new Token after the release of a new Card.

Tokens, the bank blocks are not allowed. The card was signed by a mobile phone.

You can lock it remotely using the Android Remote Management service.

You can remove the Token Card from the Payment Application yourself using the “delete” button.

THERE IS NO GOOGLE PAY APP ON MY PHONE, WHERE CAN I FIND IT? You can find the Google Pay app on the Google Play Store and download it.

WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS OF THE GOOGLE PAY APP? The application runs on a mobile device equipped with an nfc system, the device version 4.4. And higher.

HOW MUCH IS A CONNECTION TO GOOGLE PAY SERVICE AND ITS SERVICE? Card registration on a mobile device and transactions using the card token are free of charge – the bank does not charge any additional fees.

HOW MUCH SAFE TO SPLIT WITH A MOBILE DEVICE? An encrypted information about your card is placed on your mobile device in a special protected application. Even if you lose your phone, you can block tokens placed on it at any time (around the clock) by calling the bank or the hrc. IF THE MAP IS OVERRIDED, WILL THERE BE AN ACTIVE EARLIER CREATED TOKEN? When you issue a new card and / or reissue a card on your application (for any reason, including after the expiry of the card), you need to initiate the release of a new token to a newly issued card, since the previously released token will not act.
